Delivery

We deliver orders all across Russia via the CDEK courier service.

• Delivery within Moscow takes up to 2 business days.

• For other cities in Russia, the delivery time depends on the distance and is calculated automatically during checkout on the website.

You can choose the most convenient delivery option:

• pickup from a CDEK collection point,

• courier delivery to your door.

Delivery time and cost depend on your region and the volume of your order. These details are calculated automatically during checkout.

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after they are placed. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the CDEK tracking number.

Payment

We accept online payments only, via bank cards through a secure payment gateway.

Cards from any Russian bank are accepted. Payment upon delivery is not available.

Returns

You can return items in good condition within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they have not been used and retain their original condition (tags, packaging, documents).

To request a return:

fill out a return request form and send it to Noazzi@bk.ru or via the messenger on our website thngs.world;
agree on the method of return (courier, postal service, or delivery to our warehouse);
return the item in its original packaging along with the receipt and the return form.

Refunds are processed within 10 days after the item arrives at our warehouse, minus shipping costs.

Exception: returns are not possible for items made to order or with individually customized features.
